Description:
My artifacts on my pre-competency verification I believe more than adequately reflect most of the seven areas of framework of TPACK. I can utilize web content/software and new technological hardware with the best of them. I think my strongest points are TK and CK. I'm very tech savvy and have a good deal amount of practical knowledge in my content area. If I really had to pick out a competency I need assistance in from TPACK; I'd have to go with Pedagogical Knowledge(PK). While I have sufficient experience teaching at the college level many different types of courses, I always have room to grow. The whole reason I'm getting my Ph.D. is to become a better teacher.
Impact:
The impact of the knowledge I've gained in this module thought provoking more-so towards other individuals and their teaching styles. I've noticed a lot of people struggle with teaching in technology advanced settings and TPACK is a useful foundation for them to perform much better. However, for the most part I was exhibiting this thoughtful use of technology already in my teaching styles.

I want to continue to learn more about TPACK and other instructional technology related material!
